Boxing (Beginner and Advanced)
Beginner Classes

These classes are geared towards sharing the knowledge of the art of boxing along with a great cardio workout, Coach Morgan concentrates on working with the individual whether their goals are fitness or getting prepared for a bout.

Beginner - Intermediate Level Program

  • ​45 minute beginner Muay Thai class 
  • ​Designed to break down the technique to pad holding, boxing, elbows, round kicks, & much more
  • ​Each beginner’s class is different & will focus on different combos each time

Yoga 
Beginner Level Program

 A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice.
Pre-teen Boxing (age 8-13)

Muay Thai for Kids (Age 5-8)


  • ​Diamond's own curriculum-based program
  • ​For ages 5–8 to increase skills and teach self-discipline 
  • ​Class structure compliments and differentiates for the range of abilities and personalities
  • ​Weekly lessons and assessments
  • ​Monthly evaluation and recognition
  • ​Grading system for each child to progress
  • ​Olivia Hodgen, the instructor, will sit down one-on-one with students and parents to go over success and improvements

Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning will get you a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more. All exercises are a great workout for men and women of any fitness level. Look forward to improved muscle strength in the body, healthy weight, increased bone density, and strength.
