About The Program

Our After School Program offers a smooth transition from the classroom to a secure, organized, and stimulating setting. We combine physical exercise, martial arts, and creative activities to promote your child’s growth in an enjoyable and encouraging atmosphere.

Beginner Muay Thai

Our Beginner Muay Thai class is the perfect starting point for ages 14+, teaching the core techniques, combinations, and fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Meets Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:50 PM
  • Designed for beginners aged 14+
  • Learn basic techniques, footwork, and combinations
  • Includes bag work and partner pad holding
  • Supportive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere
