Kids & Youth Programs

Each program teaches real martial arts skills while promoting respect, teamwork, and self-control, both on and off the mats. In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kids learn how to defend themselves using leverage and technique through takedowns, positional control, and submissions — all within a graded belt system that encourages progression. Muay Thai teaches striking techniques using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, with a focus on coordination, balance, and self-discipline, also taught through a graded curriculum. In Boxing, kids develop footwork, hand-eye coordination, and fundamental striking skills in a safe, beginner-friendly setting that emphasizes fitness and focus.

Classes are split by age group — Kids (5–7) and Youth (8–12) — to ensure instruction is tailored to each stage of development. Whether your child is looking to build confidence, improve athletic ability, or just burn off energy in a positive way, our martial arts programs are the perfect fit.

Kids Muay Thai

Our Kids Muay Thai (Tuesday and Thursdays 5pm) program is the perfect introduction to martial arts for young children.

Youth Muay Thai

The Youth Muay Thai (Tuesday and Thursdays 5pm) program builds on the fundamentals with a more detailed and disciplined approach, perfect for growing minds and bodies.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5–7)

Our Kids BJJ class (Mondays at 5:00 PM) is a fun, high-energy introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ages 5 to 7.

  • 30-minute class teaching takedowns, positions, and escapes
  • Safe and structured environment for young learners
  • Sport-specific games and drills to keep kids engaged and focused

Our Youth BJJ class (Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:20 PM) is designed for kids ages 8 to 12 who are ready to dive deeper into the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
