Our Boxing program is designed to build striking skills, confidence, and conditioning whether you're just starting out or training with competitive goals. You’ll learn footwork, defense, and offense striking through structured classes tailored to your level. Boxing is also a fantastic way to improve cardio, coordination, and mental focus, all while pushing your physical limits in a fun and disciplined environment.

Adult Boxing

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00 PM

  • Designed for students of any skill level
  • Emphasis on technical skill development of boxing
  • Training both offense and defense strategies that can be used for competition, self defense or general fitness
  • Great for sharpening technique in a focused environment

Cardio Boxing

Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:00 PM | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 AM

  • High-energy, sweat-filled conditioning class
  • Focus on bag work and boxing movements
  • Incorporates bodyweight exercises and basic combinations
  • Burns calories and builds endurance
  • No need to memorize complex combos
  • Great for beginners, athletes, and anyone seeking a fun, effective workout

Sparring sessions are incorporated into the advanced boxing class on Tuesday nights for individuals who want to partake.
